I started my journey on MFP in May this year weighing 286.5 I have lost 31.5lb so far. PLEASE ignore the black twist tie on my nose... my son wanted to "tie" my nose and my mom thought it would be funny to take a picture. But its ok... made for a VERY good face shot!
I didn't have any good pics for the "before" shot at my heaviest so I wen't back to February when I weighed 285.
