  • I knew enough was enough and that I needed to take control of my weight when I had to go the "larger ladies clothes" area at clothes shops ... i was only mid 20's and that was heart-breaking.   • Agree, it does get easier.. As you get more into the journey, you'll start to change your life style and way of thinking about food. Don't stress, it's all about learning and understanding .... a good idea is to check out other peoples food diaries for ideas.

  • Hi I just had back surgery, but exercised right up to 2 days before surgery. Speak to your dor before starting anything strenous, but I found anything that wasn't land impating caused no pain. Water aerobics was great too.

  • Hey, totally understand what you are going through. I have just returned to exercise after numerous months off injured and then further 2 due to surgery. Getting back the motivation takes a LONG time... but if you keep making yourself do something you'll start to get into that new routine and it does get easier.
