edited October 2024 in Fitness and Exercise
Who wants to get a head start on their "preparing for the holiday season" calorie burn!!?!! This thread is focused on logging your exercise every day with a goal of working out for a total of 1,440 minutes in the month, that's a total of 24 hours.

We start on October 1st and go to the 31th and by the end of the month you’ll have burned many calories and hopefully 1,440 minutes (or more) of exercise!

All you have to do is log your exercise: See this thread for reference:

Will you join us? Can you exercise for 24 hours in October? I bet you can!

Welcome!

Any exercise counts - and you don't need a ticker, but if you want one, here's how to make one below:

I built mine at tickerfactory.com using the exercise and fitness tickers.

Then it will step you through the process, you'll pick a pin, and you'll need to copy and paste the url into your signature here at MFP.

To add a ticker to your signature here in MFP, click Community tab, signature link, and copy and paste the url from Tickerfactory into the space.

Copy the code they give you that starts with URL, not the HTML, Make sure it begins and ends with URL in brackets.

Here's a hint - to get back to your ticker copy and paste the information from your signature http://www.TickerFactory.com/exercise/w13d45r/
