I should probably start saving up for my own mini fridge haha. I feel like because this is the first month i've been super serious about getting in shape I still have a very fragile will power!! I go through food phases, but as of late 1. Boca Burgers (original vegan) 2. Lettuce 3. Avocado 4. Tomato 5. Bok Choy (6.) Kikkoman's low sodium teriyaki sauce :)

You can always buy frozen veggies! There are veggies you can get super cheap, that are also seasoned and sauced and microwavable. Also, I try to have things like boca burgers in the house because they're not too expensive, and the original ones are only 70 calories.

Fructose corn syrup is actually not that great for you- It's sugar from a franken-corn crop, which isn't even edible to begin with. You can see the process of how they make it in the movie King Corn if you're interested. It's a great movie =]

Meditating is good! A good workout that is effective but wont raise your heart rate as much is pilates.. give it a go! Classes are available on demand if you have it!!
