The last 2 weeks have been tough. I had a horrible cold and still can’t get over the cough and exhaustion. Only silver lining is that I lost 6 lbs, so I’m trying to keep that off even without exercising. Everyone have a great day!!

when I feel like eating and know that I shouldn't, I brush my teeth...when they are clean it makes me not want to eat.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am trying to take this one day at a time, and not quitting if I have a bad day. Was it easy to set your goals? I am trying to set mini goals so that I don't have such a huge number to look at. Thanks again for the encouraging words.

I too am at my heaviest. As a stay at home wife/mom it is just too easy to snack all day and never really eat a healty meal. Hoping this opens my eyes to what I really am taking in. Good luck all!:flowerforyou:
