If you are at the stage where you want to be then there is no reason for you to loose weight any more. Managing your weight is good so long as your the one in control. One day I will there with you and just manage where I am at. :happy:

Hi I used MFP last year then stopped, Ive only missed 1 day logging on since christmas eve last year, OK ive gone over and not done as well as I would have wished for but I feel healthier in mind and body because I am actually doing something about it! So well done and keep going.

None at all for me, I agree "some" are really awesome but my Dad had 3 when he was in his 20's and from his late 40's he has hated them everyday. Enough for me to see long term they can cause more grief than good!

Are you drinking water? you should aim for at least 1 ltr a day, I looked up a diet example on Maximuscle web page and it suggested I drink 9 pints/4.5 litres per day!!! I think I would sail away myself at that amount but I have been told many times to drink plenty of water. Probably not your solution but would certainly…

Log the time spent training and see if you can use a HRM to guage the calories burnt, you can then edit the calories burnt before you complete the training log. The only way i see you getting a fairly accurate reading!!

The most I weighted was 17st 4lb/242lb, I'm 5"11 and my goal is 182lbs. I'm getting there slowly as I dont want to yo yo so need to get it off and keep it off. And I am enjoying the journey as well, more walking and swimming with my family is great as I get quality time and loose weight as well

Croutons are nice and so long as tyou dont have too many there's not too many claories in them about 50-60 Kcals per 10.. Males a change from a crusty bap or slice of bread!
