    I am Mandy from South Wales, I only started 2 days ago after a friend told me how good the site was, I have to say it does stop and make me think!! I thought I was eating healthy however it seems I wasn’t!! I would like to lose 14 lbs by August; we have just come back from an all-inclusive holiday which hasn’t helped!!
