In my opinion you are doing way too much activity, regardless of whether or not you up your calories. P90x is pretty taxing on the body. I would just do that and skip the zumba, if you feel cardio is necessary doubled with P90x a 15 minute walk should be ok. Just my 2 cents.

Id take 15%, and expect slow but effective results. If you dont see results at 15% then you can up to 20%. 15% gives you more room to wiggle in my opinion.

People talk about 1rm, Ive never actually tried to lift as heavy as I can for 1 rep. How do you find a 1rm?

Oh gotcha! It is totally worth the second time through for a total of 12 workouts, but mentally tough. Ive seen great results that is why I contemplated a third time through, but not going to happen haha. Now I just need to figure out what to do next that will continue to give me the great results stage 7 has. - JoAnna

I finished the 6th workout yesterday, I need to decide by tomorrow if Im going to do another round or not. LIke you said it is painful (good pain) but I think it would be beneficial to do it one more time. We shall see. Way to stick with it and keep kicking *kitten*! - JoAnna

1200-1500 a day is not enough I can almost guarantee it. Just an observation for overall health.

Dont know why it happened, but I would suggest eating before any blood draw. Unless it is supposed to be fasted. I would also eat after.

Dead lifts, squats, lunges

leg raises, rowers, bicycles a few ab excercises I do, but like everyone else said you can't spot reduce. I recommend lifting, it works, slowly but great! I can feel the abs under the fat, can't wait for the day I can see them!! - JoAnna
