When you have tried something new, dropping calories, more cardio etc. How long did you give it before you decided it wasn't working? A solid 3-4 weeks of something like that is needed before you are going to see change in either direction.

I don't have any gym buddies and had a calf raise machine to strap my arm band too. Ill see if there is something I can use to the side tomorrow. Keep it coming though!

I hadnt gone to Olive Garden in 3 years, went a couple weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by their healthy options available. Breadsticks are still the devil though!

Why don't you increase the weight everytime? Also I would recommend taking measurements. I bet you lost inches! Sometimes the scale is a ***** and a poor indicator of progress.

You can't spot reduce, so it is just the way your body is distributed. Keep working things will even out eventually. Good luck.
