I just dropped an android for my iPhone and LOVE IT! I love the MFP app on the iPhone because of the bar code scanner!

You need to have at least 1200 calories day to be healthy. I have been losing weight for a few weeks now and have only lost 4 lb. Some people lose faster than others.

I would have been disapointed too because of their upgrade but in a world were anyone can sue anyone..... they had to do it.

I have only been using this site for a week and I as well eat back my calories...... sometimes I have 100 left or so but I think it works because my first week here I have already lost 4.1 lb!!!

I think the friend that does it has self esteem issues...... she does complain about being "fat" but she is smaller than me. My other friend is a sweetheart and yells at me when I crack the jokes on myself lol.

I was just asking because the calorie counter here..... every time I exercise it gives me "extra" calories to eat but still sub tracks my calories so I still have the calorie count I need to lose.
