Hello MyFitnessPal world! So, I joined this site a few days ago because I was trying to count calories in a notebook. Looking up each individual food through google was quite annoying. Then I found this site, and I'm loving how simple it is to look up foods and have everything calculated for me. It's great!

I'm not really concerned about losing a ton of wieght, just making sure I start up some good habits while I'm still young so I don't run into problems later. I used to be very active (dancing at least 5 days a week), and got in the habit of eating pretty much whatever I wanted.

I recently had a body fat % calculation done at my gym and I'm 1.4% above what's considered the "good" range for women. So I'm really just chasing that goal while trying to increase my lean muscle mass.

Anyway, probably don't need to babble much longer, but I'll be searching around on the forums to see what everyone else is doing and hopefully pick up some tips, tricks, and recipes!
