hi, my sister told me about this website... i'm trying to lose weight, i'm 28 years old about 5'5, and weigh 427lbs i'm in a nutrition group and an exercise program with a trainer, through my doctors office. been in the programs for a few weeks, and think i've lost about 2-3lbs so far. but i thought it wouldn't hurt to try this site, maybe keep track of my food and calorie intake.
