It does have a different reading than usual scale. I use it for my COG and balance and the exercises as well. Am searching for Wii Dance mat right now.

Same with me. yesterday 144 pounds and today(official weighing in) was 146+ I didn't log it in. With aunt flow round the corner, am gulping down the water and watching my salt, as usual.

I am damn thirsty! Had an Indian Paratha last night for dinner, that had high sodium content. Today, had to go out for lunch and had a vegetarian Sub way, which is a lil high too. Heavy breakfast is good. Have Oatmeal with milk and fruits, if you wish. Add on a slice of toast with light peanut butter or olive butter. My filling breakfast is:- Strawberry smoothie and 2 toast with olive butter. Then, I have a small cup of coffee around 12 noon. I don't feel hungry until lunch then.

Not much, but I had lost 12 kgs(26 pounds), earlier. I just used warm packs(coffee n olive oil) regularly for cellulite and used Dove Firming cream. My skin was tight and supple as ever. And of course, if its right way(without any pills or anything of that kind), it'll be fine.

Nooooooooooo. Am so scared. I did see some smoky figures, some time back, when we shifted to new house. I used to get up screaming(dreaming nothing) and still see those figures clearly. Mommmy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best time to weigh is after morning rituals and before bathing. I too do it everyday, but its bound to vary coz of water weight changes. I think, weight should be checked-in for the ticker once a week. But its upto you. I guess, people here weigh in on Sundays or Wednesdays.

I feel we should feel healthy first of all. For me personally, I think, size 6 is good; snd size 4 is more than enough. You don't wanna look malnutritioned :wink: Kidding! depends person to person, I guess.

When you set up your goal, you set up some calorie deficit. You can check it by going to My Home> Goals... there you find "Daily Calorie Deficit". You can customize it too, by Clicking on Change Goals and then selecting "Custom". Hope that helps.

I am gonna follow yogatoday.com from tomorrow onwards. I have messed up a lot. Need to get going. It takes lil time for you to ease while doing yoga. I had been doing it for over an year. Its good. Stick to it.
