  • Ok, end of day 1 for my personal challenge. Under my calories by 15. check. Went to the gym for 1 hour. check. 8 glasses of water in. check. Now I just need to go to the gym 4 more times in 6 days, walk my dogs twice, and continue my water and calorie control for 6 more days. I can do it!!! lol :bigsmile:
