    It really does help having a site like this to list the food you're eating. I have to say without it I haven't a clue, especially working at home and with kids. I've definitely lost a little (4 lbs ) in 5 weeks. I think you'll find it helpful, very educational and supportive. Good luck and welcome. Jackie
