Coffee for my morning workout at 5am and a good fat burner for my noon workout.

It is harder, but not impossible. You just really have to watch what you eat more now then we did when we were 19. When we were younger it was easy to drop 7 to 10 pounds a week, now I aim for that in two months. Just cut back on small things each week and the weight will come off like melting butter. Good luck.

I use Pure Protein at Wal Mart and it only cost $19. It has 3g of Fat, 3g of Carbs, and 25g of Protein per one scoop. I love the Frosty Chocolate flavored one.

Try doing the Insanity workout by Shawn. I have seen people who have made big results in two months by doing the Insanity. I must warn you, it's not easy, but you will get results that you are looking for.

WOW!!!!!! Congrats!

AWESOME! Make it a habit and it will become a part of daily routine in life, just like brushing your teeth, flossing, taking a bath and putting on clean clothes......I hope. :-)

There are some that I take, but I focus on my diet to make sure that I'm not going over my carbs and sugar for the day.

One or two or ok, but three or more is too much for me. I guess people don't consider all those tattoos when you're 60 or 70 yrs old. :-)

You make time, just like you plan everything else in your life. For me, getting up at 430 am everyday is best time for me to knock it out and enjoy the rest of the day with my family.

Bro, If you're not happy with her gaining the extra pounds then I would let her know. Then I would help her to get rid of the extra weight, by going on walks, playing sports and anything for the two of you to be more active.

Here's my two cents. I would wait, because I think it only look sexy when you reach your goal weight vice now.

A fit tone with a little muscles is sexy to me.

I get up at 4:15 am almost every day, except on Sunday...it's 6 am on that day. Go to the restroom and think about what exercises I am going to do and how heavy and how many reps I am going to do. At 4:30, I'm on my bike riding to the gym. By 5 am the one hour of cardio begins, and the rest of the day is going to be easy.

I used to love running, but have the same problems as you do. No I only walk on the treadmill at a very high incline at a fast pace to get my cardio workout on. I also take Joint Juice to help with my joints. I love that stuff and it help ease the pain.
