    you look AWESOME!!! What you achieved is my goal for 2013.. any tips?

    Stay active. I attribute most of my weight loss to working out on a "consistent" basic.
    I was never a morning person, but that was the ONLY time I could find in my day to work out, so while the family slept. I was up working out as early as 6:00am.
