  • I got Baboon! Investigator Journalist Artist Entertainer Comedian Massages Family Time Camping Talking It's pretty accurate :D good fun.
  • I dance across a few styles, but I find tap the hardest. It's the combination of precise rhythm and co-ordination that gets me! It's very fun though, and you don't have to be super fit to do it. Strength and speed in the legs helps to execute some of the more fiddly and rapid steps! Some dance school offer adult tap…
  • I agree, I wouldn't either. Whilst it's not exactly your average day, personally I wouldn't count it as exercise, just daily activity. Maybe just change your daily activity level for the day if you think it's going to be a busy one! And have fun :D
  • Bump for tasty eatings later!
  • I spoke to my doctor about it the other day and she said there is no evidence to show that the pill causes weight gain... But she didn't mention anything about it inhibiting weight loss, or muscle gain. I suggest talking to your doctor, or maybe having a look through some science journals to see if there have been any…
  • I wish I could say once a day, but I'd be lying through my teeth. That I've checked out 8 or 9 times to check to make sure I don't have any food stuck in them... I'm not vain, but I do look in the mirror a lot!!
  • I personally find it hard because all my friends and housemates are drinking all the time and eating pizza/takeaway. Even though I'm Captain of the cheer team and stay very active, I find it hard to stay on track because almost every social occasion involves alcohol. I don't know how it works in the US but over here in…
  • The best trick I was told is to freeze a bottle of water, then use it as a foot roll to relieve the pain and inflammation. I hope you find a solution soon! I don't think you can 'get rid' of it without an operation, but I might be wrong.
  • I'm a Drama student :) Future occupation... ummm...... yeah I'm stumped!
  • I stop myself from nibbling at night time by brushing my teeth. Everything taste awful after you brush your teeth!! Keeping a food diary has made me more accountable for what I eat, so I try and behave myself. As someone else said, exercise!
  • Your face has disappeared?! :P
  • I worked on a similar thing last year only it was a city wide street game... survivors had to get from the starting location to a series of "safe" co-ordinates on the map before reaching HQ where they were screened for survivors. Running up and down a multi story car park nearly killed me! My asthma made my zombie…
  • I really like Levis Curve jeans. They measure you in the store and find the right fit for your hips and bum :)
  • @solarpower03 You seem confident, outgoing, probably a bit flirty and you take care of the way you look :)
  • Have you tried pilates? My favourite video site is Blogilates, and Cassey really kicks my butt! You can find some of her workouts focused on legs here: http://blogilates.com/legs-thighs
  • Ooh Christmas is the best for television. Doctor Who special, and now possibly more Sherlock!
  • I LOVE Sherlock! It aired a while ago in the UK, and I'm very happy that it's reaching a wider audience in the US and such like! I cannot wait for the third series, hopefully we don't have to wait too long!
  • ... when you start doing the splits and crazy leg stretches in the club. I cringe every time I see the photos haha.
  • I don't have many helpful things to say... but if you look UP whilst doing sit ups (as opposed to forwards, curling your chin down) you will put less strain on your neck. My coach says to focus on the point where to wall meets the ceiling, so your neck is in more a straight line than curled down. I hope this helps!
  • When I'm not at university I'm at home, including from June - September every summer. My Mum does all the cooking and won't let anyone else do it, or grocery shop... the result is a tonne of food that she tells me is healthy, but really isn't... Veggies and boiled potatoes covered in butter (in the pan, so I don't have a…
  • I agree, be as naked as you can without getting arrested. I went last September and it was so hot!! I'm a pasty British kid though so I was quite far from my comfort zone. I'd recommend investing in one of those fancy shirts that don't show sweat marks for the wedding.
  • I want to be able to buy a pair of shorts and actually wear them! I want to be able to tell people that I'm a cheerleader and dancer without having to make a joke about my weight... I want to LOOK like a cheerleader! haha I want to be able to wear a swimsuit and tan... I want to be healthy, I want to be strong, I want to…
  • See, looking at a couple of images, I did catch myself thinking... yeah they are pretty sexy ladies!
  • Haha I would be massively creeped out if he DID get with me just because of my hip bones... :P Thanks everyone for your posts, it's interesting to get different perspectives on it :)
