  • A friend of mine recently asked both her doctor and dentist about sparkling water. The verdict: t's the same as water. No ill effects. Yay!!! I love sparkling water. It makes me feel fancy. :)
  • I get a whey protein powder from Trader Joe's- it's more affordable than some. One thing to watch out for is sodium and sugar content- you probably don't want more of that (unless you do)! Walgreens has good powders too that are pretty affordable.
  • I do 45 minutes of kickboxing for the cardio days about 650ish calories burned which is pretty accurate to when I've worn a heart monitor. On strength training days I log under cardio for "Strengthtraining". Again, pretty accurate to when I've worn a heart monitor. Good luck!
