THIS! Just make a schedule! I have a 7 year old and a 1 year old and I have to schedule everything out. Just take a sunday or whatever day you have off and make a whole family plan to get you thru!

I do a roasted veggies meal once a week and my family loves it! It is potatos, onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Roast it in the oven and dinner is served! Plus the carbs are good carbs and full me for the next day for my workout!

I am a P90X grad and I havent did any of the yoga at all. it hurts my hands too much (I get tendinitis too bad in my thumbs) so I just switch out on that day with cardio and x stretch dvds. It works fine for me. As long as you are getting a great stretch in that is all that matters. And then when you lose more weight you…
