I have been journaling my food and my rescue dog takes me for walks so I am so blessed. Met with friends for lunch and recorded everything and still have a little bit of calories left for dinner. Hope your day has been blessed Chrid

My name is Chris from Idaho. Love to hear all your stories. Two nights ago I went to dinner at a neighbors house and all the food was made creamy, instead of passing on everything but the turkey put me in stomach pain all night only slept 1hour. I learned a good lesson and will not do that again. I’m back on track. Chris

Just joined today so my Weeks goals are: Journal all my food and exercise, keep motivated and lose 2 lbs by the end of the month. I have been up and down the last 4 months because I am not staying on track. Here goes
