i only count my actual workouts as exercise.

after 3 kids i had a pooch. i don't have it anymore but i still have the extra skin. if i am really thin (if i go below a certain bodyfat % or below a certain weight) the loose skin is more noticeable. i doubt the loose skin will ever go away completely, i am okay with it though.

agree that she looks a lot older than 33. i also think that her "problem" - has a lot to do with her demeanor and how she carries herself. if she were more assertive and didn't baby talk- maybe she would be taken more seriously. she seems like she is trying to play the role of the pretty girl. they way she speaks- it seems…

nope, it is just that simple- actually.

because a ton of muscle definition is super easy to get...sigh.

guys scowl at me at the gym (or that is what it looks like to me) when i lift and muscles and veins come popping out everywhere. can't please everyone. just do you!
-
i take scivation xtend during my workouts. i love it.
-
love my BCAAs they help with recovery, endurance and metabolism. i have never heard of any negative side effects. i have read that if you already have kidney or liver issues than to check with your doctor- otherwise, they are perfectly fine.

i really can't stand that she acts like she is super tough and scary. her flaring nostrils annoy me and my husband cannot stand her. lol. i think she annoys a lot of people. i do not do her dvd's. i could not imagine how annoying that would be.
-
me too! i love it!

if you are concerned with not knowing what to do, i suggest watching some videos on form or how to perform various exercises that you want to do before you go to the weight room - so that you feel more confident and that you know what and how to do the exercises. i used to feel intimidated when i wet into the weight room…

i have some carbs an hour before i lift- sweet potatoes or rice cakes and some peanut butter or almond butter. protein shake or egg whites after. if i do cardio only - i won't eat before.
-
totally agree!

i cannot imagine not being hungry after one of my workouts. if i were- i would go workout harder- until i am hungry. your muscles need protein if you are weight training and also some carbohydrates to recover. for me, the most important meal of my day is my post workout. sometimes i would have a protein shake plus a small…

fasted cardio in the am (when i wake up) and train weights in the evenings (usually after 6). 6 days a week.

you are asking opinions of people if they think implants are worth it- of course most people will say no. it is a personal choice and it is only "worth it" to you. it won't be to anyone else. for me, they were worth it. i love the way i look with them and my husband does too. i could give a *kitten* what anyone else…

did 3 pullups today :)
-
nice. great job ladies.

cool thread!
-
try juicing, i hear it's the best!
-
lol. you must live for this *kitten*! good luck IRL!

that is why it is called an opinion. you like yellow hats? i don't...i don't understand why you like yellow hats?! who f*cking cares- it is not for me to understand. you just like them. i just feel it is not very many to drink fruits and vegetables instead of eating real food. it reminds me of a "get skinny quick" fad…
-
sexist? seriously? it is just my opinion dude. get over it.
-
wtf? wtf?

i don't think it is very manly to juice but that is my personal opinion. i would take away my husband's man card if he wanted to juice. i have never tried it. i never will. i agree that is a fad diet. why doesn't he just go lift and drink a protein shake after- you could use a blender for those too! :)

i always say "hun" but mainly to girls. to boys i say "dude" or "man" .
-
me before i started lifting heavy- 145 pounds me after lifting heavy holding my 18 month old. around 130 pounds- my profile pic is almost 2 years of heavy lifting.

you can buid muscle from lifting weights- which in turn will increase your metabolism and over time change body composition. you can add muscle and maybe shed some fat (if you have a proper diet)- perhaps not losing a lot of weight. however, you will look- smaller, tighter and more fit. combine the two (weights and cardio)…

i currently weigh 125. i was 160 at my highest. on training days i eat around 2200- 2500. non-training days i try to keep my calories at around 1600-1800.
