Cut your calories by 100 for every hour you don't lose weight. Make sure you're not eating any sugar, carbs, protein or fat. Don't eat for 3 days before or after a full moon. Also, don't lift anything heavy, that'll make you bulk up.0

I had to cut back on the amount of toothpase I was using. Once I started counting those calories...and Colgate is a major culprit!, then the fat started melting off!

Have you eaten in those 3 hours? You could be in starvation mode. (Although this isn't likely, because if you were in starvation mode, you would have gained buring those 3 hours. somehow.)0
