I've been at this for a little over 3 hours, and I haven't lost a pound. What am I doing wrong?

    Give it time Beach ... you're weighing yourself too often ... give it say .... 6 hours then just give up if you don't progress!

    Cut your calories by 100 for every hour you don't lose weight. Make sure you're not eating any sugar, carbs, protein or fat. Don't eat for 3 days before or after a full moon. Also, don't lift anything heavy, that'll make you bulk up.

    I had to cut back on the amount of toothpase I was using. Once I started counting those calories...and Colgate is a major culprit!, then the fat started melting off!
