If I were you I would talk to your primary doctor. I just graduated nursing school and from what I know it is not good to just "stop" taking Zoloft. It is a drug that is usually tapered down til your eventually off the med. It will cause a few side effects when quit taking it whether abruptly or by tapering it.…

My opinion is to give the eliptical a try. If you have knee issues it's much better than a treadmill b/c on treadmills every time your feet hit the mat it's pounding your knee. The bike i think is good too. Try a heating pad to your knee a few times a day and if possible try aleve.

I listen to my pandora radio during my workouts. Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Black eyed peas, Pink and S&M are my favorite stations. They really have some good songs in the mix and amps up my workout!

I LOVE the eliptical! I use it 5x a week. You can change the resistance and do certain settings- like cardio and fat burner. I usually do the fat burner and am sweating in the first 5 minutes! It took me a week or so to get in the groove. I do about 1.20 miles in 30 minutes. GOOD LUCK! :)
