    Well, although tuna is one of my favorite, I recently switched to mayo with 'olive oil' and its 40 calories a tablespoon. So I usually do a 12oz can of tuna 1-2 tbls of mayo (with olive oil) minced onion and maybe some pickle juice to make it a little less dry.... & pepper!

    I love mine with a little bit of mayo, mustard, onion and hard-boiled egg on a Ryvita sesame cracker. So delicious!

    I mix my tuna with light mayo and almond slices, mustard and pickles on the bread. Mmmmmm.

    Delicious!

    2 cans tuna in water drained
    1 can black beans drained and rinsed
    ¼ cup red onion
    1 red bell pepper
    ½ cucumber
    ¼ cup fresh cilantro
    1 tablespoon olive oil

    Mix all together and I refrigerated overnight. Can serve as a sandwich wrap with spinach or over a bed of lettuce

    I made some very good tuna cakes last night. Took about 10 minutes total.
    This is for 2 servings (2 cakes each)

    Tuna Cakes
    2 cans chunk light tuna
    3 tbsp of liquid egg white
    3 tbsp bread crumbs
    1-2 tbsp onion
    1-2 tbsp garlic
    1-2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
    1-2tbsp red pepper flakes
    Olive oil (About tbsp-whatever it takes so the cakes won't stick)

    Combine all ingredients and make into cakes
    Turn skillet on med heat, add olive oil, then add cakes to skillet
    Cook til brown of your liking
    Enjoy!

    I use hummus & honey mustard instead of mayo, with lots of fresh ground pepper. Or try a hummus with some flavor, ie. Roasted Red Pepper Hummus.

    I use plain low fat yogurt instead of mayo - then chopped celery, a few green olives, whatever veggies I like & have handy on some whole grain toast or a pita even my grandkids eat this & don't taste the diff

    My before/after gym meal with tuna is a 2 egg omelette and when it is cooking, I add tuna/sweetcorn on top and then flip it over. Total yum. Been having it for months now and I am not bored of it yet!
