I'm in for this challenge. I tend to want to eat if I am up later. I will set mine for 8:30pm. Good Luck everyone.

Mine is of me looking up. It makes me think of looking towards what I am working for.
-
That is awesome! Congrats!

I'm doing ok besides giving into my sweets cravings. I don't weigh in for another 3 weeks so I am not gonna worry about that. I need to try to get more exercise. I find it hard to do it at home.

I am not really good at exercising but when I do, I walk and do weight training while on an exercise ball. My job is a big help as well. I am on my feet the whole time, walking, lifting and bending. Good luck!

Mine is to stay focused and lose at least 5 lbs. this month.

I think mini goals are awesome. Instead of thinking about maintaining your weight till your next goal just keep going with what you are doing? It's awesome to surpass your mini goal. Keep it as consistent as possible and don't worry if you go over your goal, that's never a bad thing.

You think I could make some good money being a scale assassin? Sounds like an awesome job to me.
-
I ate 1 Reeses cup. Not too bad
-
I don't have a scale and don't plan on getting one. I weigh myself once a month at my friend's office. She works at a physical therapy clinic as a massage therapist.

But when I put just the walking it says I burned 247 calories and when I do just pushing the stroller it says I burned only 187 calories. Wouldn't it be more calories burned to walk pushing a stroller?
-
I went for a walk today and when I go for a walk I am always pushing a stroller. So when i log my exercise do i log walking AND pushing a stroller? Or do I just log 1 of them??
-
What a scary time it is right now. I hope that things start looking up for everyone.

:frown: I'm so sorry for your loss. I agree to not let this one binge get you down. I hope your day gets better.
