I don't have a scale and don't plan on getting one. I weigh myself once a month at my friend's office. She works at a physical therapy clinic as a massage therapist.

You think I could make some good money being a scale assassin? Sounds like an awesome job to me.

I have a broken one. I get weighed in once a month on a proper dr scale. Until then i can just kind of weigh myself at random intervals and guesstimate how much I have lost. If i think it says 3 pounds down I will only mark 1 or whatever until proper weigh in.

    Ok we made up.:smokin:

Mine is a Taylor Super Brite.

It has been accurate for the year I have had it. I check against the Drs scale which is calibrated monthly. :flowerforyou:

I have a Healthometer that I got from WalMart ... it's digital, weighs to 0.2 of a pound, and is supposed to do body fat % and hydration %. But the body fat varies by 10% from day to day, so I pretty much ignore that part. I weigh every morning after potty & before eating or drinking, but try not to worry about what it says... just one more way to see what is going on.

But I have to confess that when it goes down and then goes right back up a pound or two and stays there for days or weeks, it drives me just a little bit nuttier than usual....
