So proud of myself!!

I took my measurements today and looked at my totals and am so proud of myself.
In just 3 months the results were:

Waist: 8 inches lost
Hips: 4.5 inches lost
Arms: 2 inches lost
Legs (thighs): 2.5 inches lost

Total inches = 17 inches lost

I just HAD to brag!!!

    I was just curious what your workout routine looks like.

    I have quite a bit more to lose than you, but have only lost a grand total of 1/2 inch. :cry:

    I'm trying to find ways to increase that.

    I am not really good at exercising but when I do, I walk and do weight training while on an exercise ball. My job is a big help as well. I am on my feet the whole time, walking, lifting and bending.
