I love Hummus, I had never tried it prior to starting with MFP. I like to dip celery sticks in it. I also eat it on sandwiches. Good stuff, there are lots of yummy flavors

oops, I think I may have given the wrong impression. I typically do a juice fast a couple times a year for 1-2 days to help with over all health. It is not a fanatical starvation for weeks at a time, that's for sure. Thanks for your thoughtful concern. :flowerforyou:

Good morning all, Just wanted to see what people think about juice fasts. I started today. Seems to be going well, In the past when I have done this it really jump starts weightloss and makes you feel great. anyone else use fasts to help with cleansing? I would love to hear your thoughts. I am really proud of one thing today. I am getting stronger. I was on the gazelle for 45 minutes this morning and burnt a bunch more calories than ususal. I think that means I am getting faster, and still challenging myself. This is a great thread. Thanks :heart:

I love acai berry, I usually pick it up in the acai berry V8 fusion, I wouldn't say it is a miracle, but it tastes good and is supposed to be an excellent cleanser, I personally think it is a good start for a frozen fruit smoothie. Yum Yum:drinker:
