  • oops, I think I may have given the wrong impression. I typically do a juice fast a couple times a year for 1-2 days to help with over all health. It is not a fanatical starvation for weeks at a time, that's for sure. Thanks for your thoughtful concern. :flowerforyou:
  • Good morning all, Just wanted to see what people think about juice fasts. I started today. Seems to be going well, In the past when I have done this it really jump starts weightloss and makes you feel great. anyone else use fasts to help with cleansing? I would love to hear your thoughts. Have a great day :drinker:

  • Hey all, Just wanted to get this on the books. I have been working out and eating right for about 14 weeks, I have lost 29 pounds and I couldn't be happier with all that. My usual workouts consist of a very brisk walk 1-2 times per week, The ab lounge 3-4 times per week, and 30-60 minutes on the gazelle 3 -4 times a week.…

  • :drinker: Very nice work, You are doing awesome, It must feel so good to see the "finish line" At least for the weight loss, then you are on to maintenance. Good work.
  • :flowerforyou: I know that it is hard to trust the process, but it really works. When you hear people telling you to eat to lose, that doesn't make sense in our minds. It really does work, so give it a shot, and don't give up! The only thing that I will add is, make sure to also log your exercise. It will help you have a…
  • I am really proud of one thing today. I am getting stronger. I was on the gazelle for 45 minutes this morning and burnt a bunch more calories than ususal. I think that means I am getting faster, and still challenging myself. This is a great thread. Thanks
  • Great Job!! it feels so good to see those changes. and you have made it thru one week! Just imagine where you will be in three more weeks. Just keep your eye on the future and your fingers on the keyboard logging everything... You will be amazed. Congratulations!!! :flowerforyou:
  • I love acai berry, I usually pick it up in the acai berry V8 fusion, I wouldn't say it is a miracle, but it tastes good and is supposed to be an excellent cleanser, I personally think it is a good start for a frozen fruit smoothie. Yum Yum:drinker:
