I hadn't heard of this website til mentioned on here. I glanced at it quickly and liked what I saw When time is of the essence and I cant get to the gym or even for something to add to gym routines, this looks like a great site to use

I did much better during the fall months with this challenge. So far these are the only results I have for the month of January. I have gone to the gym several times to take the cycling class but the bikes were all taken. Today I get there early enough to get a bike. So my results ( pretty lame) but better than nothing…
