I'll be 30 in October '20 and I would like to lose 40-50lbs by my 30th bday. I fell off the wagon the end of last year and am trying to crawl out of some depression and anxiety and work my way back into a better lifestyle. I would LOVE to have some accountability partners!

I'm 5'7" and right around 200 with a goal of 160 at the moment. I understand that everyone is built differently but I find it strange that a doctor would advise you to go so low in weight seeing that you're a healthy weight to start with. 120 would be way too thin for me!

I am currently on trinessa (ortho tri-cyclen) and I have not had any problem with weight gain or having trouble losing weight. Or at least so far... I had Mirena(iud) and I gained about 30 lbs in the 4 years that I had it.

The only way I ever eat it is with canned fruit cocktail. My mom always made it that way and I love it. I use it in my lasagna too but, I prefer it with fruit.
