loss 3lbs ! with total of : 1000 Jumping Jacks 700 crunches 5 miles !

staying under the calorie intake isnt hard for me , its the water part lol . i literally have to force myself to drink 8 glasses of water a day. its not like i dont love it , im just not thirsty .
