Good luck to you. Take one day at a time towards your goal to better health. That's really what anyone does. There will be a lot of judgement and unhelpful advice. Seek out support from those that will TRULY support you. Does your surgeon offer an in-person support group?

I'm back....I've been gone from MFP for too long, but came back and have been quite diligent with logging meals and getting exercise.

love, love, love Blue Diamond unsweetened Almond Milk. I make my oatmeal with it and put it in coffee. I used to give my boys choc soy milk for a treat...but I think it's kind of chalky. they won't touch the almond milk.
