  • just make ur own. I use a scoop of isopure whey protein, almond milk, flax seeds...and add a frozen banana if its replacing a meal. U can add what ever u want. It will take some fine tuning but u dont need to spend $5 a pop on shakeaology or any other pre-made shake.

  • I teach 8th grade...I go during nutrition or lunch...and if I have to make a run during passing period. But I have 5-6 minute breaks every 54 minutes.

  • i give myself a sensible cheat meal a week. its supposed to help with keeping your metabolism guessing but I use it to keep my sanity. but i am very strict the rest of the time. sensible = 3 slices of pizza not the whole pie and a few beers. no chicken wings, garlic bread, chicken strips etc.

  • this! in a nut shell: keep doing ne cardio that gets ur heart going. if u want to cut fat and build muscle u must limit ur calorie intake while getting enough protein in. He is pretty extreme but he sells nothing and what he says works (It did for me neways, so far :) ).

Any thing over that and its not helping or hurting you. its important to note that one chicken breast has 35 grams of protein. I try to get at ;east 20 grams of protein with every meal.
