That I guess my question , how much? Should I be logging it? I'm well aware I'm burning calories as I type this but that is not log worthy and I'm not going to eat back those calories. I will log my weightlifting under cardio. I lift for an hour doing between 5 and 6 different exercises with 3 sets with 10 reps.

nothing wrong with them, if u r into the whole "only natural foods" kick than keep it moving. I eat the brownies and bars from time to time - they have lots of fiber and taste great.

those little victories keep u going and sane when u hit a plateau or when u feel like giving up. I think what derails a lot of ppl with losing weight is they are fixated on a magic number/goal and when they do not reach it quickly they give up. at least I did a few times.

its expensive but if u need the once a week meeting/weigh-in then go for it. ur better off using this free site and making a gym/workout buddy. That way u have support with the food and exercise.

sexiness is subjective. I would say a muscular lean women can very attractive but some have crossed the line....but if they still have curves (a ala serena williams) they can still be sexy to me. It is expensive period. It is way overpriced compared to other meal replacement/protein shakes, if u dont mind overpaying, prefer the taste,and/ or are part of the MLM scheme then buy it.

I use ground flax seeds in my smoothies. like ncqueenbee said its good for omega-3s and has good fats. As far as nopalina thats one of the many miracle weight loss products that are marketed towards latinos, my mom falls for all of them. it does not work like sistema 7 does not, noni, and all the other ones.

u can just make ur own. whey protein, some oats, some pb, and ne extras u might like....just look it up on youtube. nothing wrong with protein bars except the price...very expensive meal re-placers.

MFP overestimates activity calories....I eat about half back if I feel hungry. It looks like your food intake is not the problem at all. Its the booze, period. 8-10 pints -- DAMN. My friend used to carb cycle to cut under 10% body fat. It worked well.

They sell em at whole foods. I usually just use in place of pasta. They also have a green noodle that taste great with light alfredo sauce. Just beware they require some handling care as they smell right out of the bag.

exactly!!! U can only reduce ur body fat % and tone ur stomach muscles. I was killing myself with insane ab workouts - 30-45 minutes everyday and I could see abs at certain angles but since I eat terribly, my body clung to the fat around my belly.

it was at 1270 when I had 2lbs a week as my goal. I switched my goal to 1lb. and it jumped to 1700!!!
