I try to keep a meal total instead of a day total. So, one thing I try to do is keep my meals at a set number of calories and my snacks at a set number. I made it yesterday without a binge! Yay! I had pizza for dinner (family pizza movie night!) but I kept my calories under my goal. Here's to making it 2 days in a row!

I was on Day 17 yesterday - but I've been having a some knee soreness so I took today, and maybe tomorrow, off. I hope to be back at it because I really want to finish this because I've never finished it!

Thanks for the advice! My knees have actually gotten sore since I've started level 2. I've been taking one break a week from it - but maybe I should take more. It's not painful at this point but I don't want to jack up my knees over the 30DS!

Agree! It's not just about the friends. It's about something that makes your husband uncomfortable and that he has asked you not to do - and you choosing to do it regardless. I'm not saying you should just blindly follow what your husband says but there should be communication and you should be able to come to an agreement…
