  • Semi-Close on some I'm Age: 31 Height :5'9" SW 274 CW 229 GW first...under 200...then to see after that. Probably best around 160-170
  • It's doable...after my first, I waited about 3 1/2 years to start losing...got down to pre-pregnancy weight and then got pregnant with baby number 2. Got back up to the exact weight I was after having my first. Started 3 years later to lose the weight and am currently back to pre-pregnancy weight (was same pre weight and…
  • *jumps up and down waving hands in the air* ME ME ME!!! :o) I have a bit to go but would love to join everyone!
  • Talk to his teacher and see if she is going to be one of the drivers and he could possibly drive in her car. If not, see if she has other kids that have the same issue that could possibly ride together and the teasing wouldn't be an issue. Or possibly tell you who she would pair your child up with and you could call the…
  • I grew up in the Yakima/Cowiche areas. Graduated from HHS in 2000 :o) Live in Lake Stevnes now though hehe
  • I was around 198 when I graduated...That was in 2000. Weird now I am about 230 and wear the same size I did then!
  • If you bought it at a store, I'd take it back if you didn't get it figured out. Just troll them it isn't accurate.
  • I would think something is up with your sports watch. I would get something with a hrm strap that's getting a better reading of your heart rate. I have a polar ft4 and it works great and gives a more accurate reading with its strap.
  • Hey there. First of all, once a week is WAY to often! You should be doing it at the most once a MONTH. I actually waited like at least a month and a half-2 months between pictures. Plus, if you notice, the camera is in different positions in both pictures so you might have trouble seeing it exactly. Good luck on your…
  • LOL I find this funny only because while I was living in California and visiting family in Washington, we drove through Oregon where all gas stations pump the gas for you and for some reason the guy didn't come out right away. There was a lady that didn't want to wait for him and was trying to do it herself but didn't know…
  • All those diet pills seem like a waste to me. I mean 2 pills in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, 2 in the evening...and then watch what you eat because you can't have this or that...isn't that a diet all in itself? Why take pills. Some might help you lose faster but you can only take pills for so long without doing damage…
  • If you are breastfeeding, you probably just have an infection. I had a cousin (also very well endowed) who got an infection like that while breastfeeding. Go to the doctor. You probably need meds.
  • I was having headaches for a while every day. It usually was around the same time of the day as well. Turns out it was my mom's dog that we were watching for a month...My allergies just weren't liking him anymore for some reason. I lived with her for the longest time when we had him. Don't know why my allergies just up and…
  • Since you are planning on doing it for longer than the 30 days, take the breaks for the first 30 days if needed. Then it will be easier the next round. I started my second round yesterday (1st round was a couple months ago or so) and I was actually pretty good without breaks. A little sore today but that's to be expected.
  • That's awesome! I got a tote of my oldest son's clothes out since my youngest finally grew into the size and was thinking about going and getting an old tote of my clothes to see if there's anything I can fit into. I have one dress that I really want to get into if I can find it! I'm hoping I can wear it to Christmas Eve…
  • I too am from Lake Stevens (well originally from Yakima, WA but been in the Everett/Lake Stevens area for the past 4 years or so)
  • I saw an awesome idea the other day...You get canned veggies or whatever that have the pull tab opening tops. Open them by the bottom but leave the can attached a little bit. Wash the can out, wrap it with pretty paper and put a bow on it. Put whatever you want in the can. Pair of fuzzy socks, baked goods, candies, etc.…
  • LOL At least you are at home and not out and about running from bathroom to bathroom :-p
  • Awesome progress! That's all one can ask is to do what you can :o) With kids, it's hard to fit time in there to do what needs to be done. i know the feeling of fitting into smaller jeans. I had lost weight before having my second son and bought smaller jeans but didn't fit into them again after having him because I went…
  • Maybe that person was diabetic...No sugar=diet soda
  • Hey there! I am aroundd 5'9'' and started out at 274.4 I started Aug. 1, 2011. So far, I am down 35 pounds! My goal now is to get to 199. Then, I will see how I am feeling, and re-evaluate then. :o) You can do it as long as you keep on track.
  • I agree. Pick a day and log it good or bad. Try to keep the time of the day the same as well. I usually do as soon as I wake up.
  • I have a big cup that is a little over 2 cups. I try to drink that before every meal. I also like it without a straw and room temp. If it's too cold, I cant drink it fast and it doesn't go down as well. I have to sip it more if it's too cold. I don't want to spend 10 minutes sipping my water down. I like to just drink it…
  • Oh My Gosh! I had a similar thing happen to me today! I went to Fred Meyer just to kill time and decided I wanted to try on a pair of jeans (the stretchy kind but jeans none the less). When I started my journey Aug. 1st, I wore 20-22 pants. Today I grabbed a pair of size 18's...and for the heck of it, a pair of 16s. I…
  • No...I have been on my journey to lose weight for three months and I lose my 1-3 pounds even while TOM is here. Its actually usually on the higher side of the weight loss.
  • I like the sara lee mini bagels. They have blueberry and they are only 100 calories each. you could even put some cream cheese on it and it still wouldn't be too much. I sometimes even take a serving of dried cereal in a baggie to snack on. The special K vanilla almond kind is yummy. A little over 100 calories a serving.
  • I wouldn't change unless it's to uncomfy for you in some way. I actually don't gain during mine. I started yesterday and for my weigh in today, I had lost 2 pounds which has been about my average the whole time. I have been on my journey for 11 weeks now and haven't gained during my TOM at all. I think people might because…
  • I got my FT4 last week and LOVE it! The chest strap that comes with it is great and you can't really tell you have it on. Counts calories great and keeps great track of your heart rate. It even keeps track of your previous exercises and the information on them. I got mine for around $75.
  • Those links don't work for me but awesome job on the weight loss! I find that I can't tell as well in the mirror as I can in the pictures as well!
