In the beginning, it was just forcing myself to get to the gym 5-6 days a week. Eventually it becomes a wonderful habit! Maybe finding a workout partner to push you when you don't feel like going would help.

I take my after workout protein shake, drink part of it and then let it ooze out of my mouth like I'm rabid. Then I look them in the eye and say "Come at me bro!" [/quote] OMG! I've never laughed so hard! Thank you!

I know this sounds weird, but I add a tablespoon of organic strawberry jam to plain greek yogurt. The kinds that are flavored have stuff you mix in that looks like jam, so I gave it a try. I eat it every day now.

You could add body weight exercises. Try doing squats, lunges, push ups and planks. It's a great all over workout.

You are clearly not eating enough on some days. Also, I wonder about your quick added calories. How accurate do you think you are?

You need to eat more healthy fats! I was just reading your other post about fats and you said you only eat 2 grams a day of fat. You will continue to have problems with hair loss if you don't start eating more healthy.

Thank you for this post! I have one question too. Can I do cardio and lifting in the same session? I usually do cardio first for 45 minutes and then lift.
