Actually I'm traveling to the Poconos with my family. No access to gyms or anything but I still want to continue my weight training dvds. Are there any adjustable weights or water filled weights out there? I'd like to lose 60lbs and keep muscle. Thanks!

Don't do any weights at all. Cardio is the way to go if you want to lose weight. That was from my husband. Smh!

I love dogs! I have a 1 year old pitbull names Ruby. The kids and I taught her to sit, lie down, stay, come, shake, and roll over. Sometimes I think "she's SO smart!" and then she goes outside, eats cat poop, and totally changes my mind! LOL! Enjoy your new furbaby!
