Yes cancer can be beaten, I totally agree with you, I myself am a breast cancer survivor.. Now its time for me to get rid of the extra pounds I gained during chemo.

Yay Me!! I'm finally down 1.4 lbs making my weigh at 200.4.. Just a couple more lbs and i'll be under 200 lbs again!!!!

Nope nothing.... for the 3rd weigh in - in a row I'm at 201.8... But gotta say I had an NSV this morning i fit into a skirt (size 12) that I hadn't been able to fit in since last year.. Didn't lose any last weigh in.. but maintained my random friday weigh in at 206.0

I work out 6 x a week leaving Sat. as a rest day but still monitor my calorie intake. I would like to intake atleast 96 oz per day (intaking 64-72 0z per day now)

Wal-Mart also carries it for $12.00 a bag (has about 11 fillets). I've never had it in microwave gotta try it.
