Hey all! I just got back from my Russia trip yesterday, and was delighted to see the weight loss! I would love to post before and after pics, but I can't seem to figure out how to post pics. How do I do so? I'm so excited I'm finally making progress! I've tried this many times before, but this is the first time it's actually worked so well!!
