I'm on 1200 calories and have no problem sticking to it. I eat what satisfies me. Mainly being protein and dark chocolate. Couldn't do without those two things. I have lost 45 pounds and have 25 left to go. Diary is open to friends feel free to add

Well for my height what I read was that a medium frame size is a wrist that measures between 6.25-6.5 inches. I'm right at 6.5 inches. Some people think I have a medium frame, some people think I have a large frame. But even with a large frame that would put me at the lowest 155 pounds which is only 5 pounds more.

MFP has me set at the lowest calories possible for a woman, 1200. So it will never adjust any lower than that no matter how much weight I lose. Just info for anyone else on a 1200 calorie plan.

IBW gave me the weight 155 lbs which my goal was 150 anyway and it gave me the option to choose gender which some people mentioned thinking they couldn't do that with that formula. But I think frame size is important when calculating the number and IBW does not take that into account.

MFP has me set at 1200 and I've been losing steadily since last February with no plateaus. I'm at a healthy weight now but still considering whether or not to lose those last 25 pounds. Also thinking about upping my calories if I'm going to do it. So many people on here lose weight eating more than I do.

A RAW 4oz chicken breast has 22 grams of protein and 110 calories. Cooked the same weight has more protein and more calories. Always weigh your chicken raw.

I use MapMyWalk that I got through here for my iPhone and it's much more accurate. It might be what your looking for. They have MapMyRun and such as well.

A stone is 14 US pounds. It's a British measurement. So that particular person that said they wanted to get from 14.9 stones to 12 stones, that's almost 42 pounds he wants to lose.

I eat as healthy as I can but still include the foods I can't live without. I have a treat meal once a month. I weigh and measure everything and count calories and I have lost 44 pounds with 27 to go!

An online English friend of mine recommended it. Said he had had success with it and it was so easy to use you just "plug in your food".

I've had the same scale for about 20 years. I've replaced the batteries about 3 times and it's as accurate as the doctors scale. It's a tanita digital. I thought about replacing it next month but I don't think I would find the same quality unless I want to spend $100.

I walk, but 6 miles a day at 3 mph. And I do it outside. I had to work my way up to it but I just love the fresh air and catching the view of the sunrise each morning. I wouldn't miss it for the world!

I gave up sugar easily enough but I still use 1 tsp of creamer which is 10 calories per cup. I keep measuring spoons by my coffee pot and just make an allowance in my daily calories for the creamer. Black coffee is too acidic for my stomach and the creamer is the buffer.

I eat a granola bar and Greek yogurt every morning. You don't have to cook that but you can't easily eat it while you're driving. I like the pre-prepared breakfast idea others mentioned. Just heat and go.

I can only afford $150 dollars a month for groceries for just me. That gives me barely 1200 calories a day. That's all I can afford right now. I'm shocked at all of you spending hundreds.

Since I'm in between sizes I focus on other things besides clothes. I started wearing perfume more often and my grandmother's earrings every day. Maybe a pin or a necklace. Little things to make me feel pretty and feminine until I fit into those size 8 jeans and stay there.

I'm 5'11.5" with I think a medium frame. I currently weigh 177 pounds and have a goal weight of 150 which would be a size 8 for me. Any lower than that would be unhealthy for me. I am currently a size 12/ Large.

I don't call it a cheat meal I call it a treat meal and I do it once a month on payday. The word cheat creates negative thinking and brings on feelings of guilt like you aren't ever supposed to eat something unhealthy again.
