  • Being the first week back to work after summer vacation, I was only able to meet the exercise twice! Does my 11 hour work days count?! Otherwise, I was able to meet the water four times. My weight on Friday morning was 141.6... Hopefully next week will be better.
  • Are the weekly challenges from Friday to Friday?
  • Hello All! I'm sorry for the late post. I am 28 years old and I'm 5'3 and 140 pounds. I've always played sports throughout my life, including rugby in college. This has always helped me stay fit, healthy, and strong and I always felt really good about myself. I left college at a very fit, muscular 130 pounds six years ago.…

After the end of the day today I will post my stats. I'm excited to have some support on this journey!

  • Great job so far! It's nice to see results. I just started this MFP yesterday and I'm hoping it'll help me actually stick to working out and eating well. I hope I can post great results after a few weeks like you have. Thanks for the encouragement!
  • Hi there! I would be interested in working with you; it sounds like we have some things in common. I use to play rugby when I was in college. However, that was five years ago and now I'm trying to get back into shape. I'm 27years old, 5'4" and around 137lbs. I would love to be back to 125 - 130lbs with some of the muscle I…

  • Do you need to have it on your arm? Is there other areas where you can put it? I've seen it before, but I haven't done much looking into it. Now that I'm on MFP and decided that I need to make lifestyle changes, I'm starting to think about the bodybugg to help me see how much I'm working, or not! Any words of advice?

  • Great job on quitting smoking abigallphoto! Have you tried turbo kickboxing or zumba yet? They are a lot of fun and you get a really great workout!

  • I just joined MFP today and I think this will be a great way to get started! There is nothing like just jumping in there and doing it. I'm new to this site so I'm unfamiliar with its features. I hope I can figure it out enough to keep updating here each day. Any tips for newcomers to the site? Thanks and I look forward to…
