Gaining weight back
I used to weigh 300 pounds and I got down to 210, I stayed that way for about eight years. My mother passed away in June, I started gaining weight again since then, I’ve been watching what I eat, but I’m eating too much, I think. Feeling tired and burn out
When I've been working out in the yard the last couple of days I feel tired and burnt out after I've been doing it a couple hours am I'm not eating enough calories a 1200 to 1300 a day my weight is 209 if that's not enough should I go up and if I do go up how much thanks for your input

OK let me lay it out for you I eat 12 to 1300 cal a day four days a week 1660 cal a day three days a week I work out three times a week most times I don't eat but 1200 to 1300 cal A week why don't I lose weight I drink 16 glasses of water
