I don't think my blood test gonna come back all that great this time little higher on the glucose I had diabetes once I'm not gonna have it again how do I maintain a balanced and healthy eating when I'm losing weight or trying to I do a lot better than maintaining any suggestions thank you and Advance

Did you received your blood work results ? How is the fasted blood glucose ? Did they measure A1C ?
If you are borderline diabetes, you need to work with a registered dietitian.
Ask your medical practitioner for a referral
