I do a lot better at trying to lose weight than maintain when I try to eat maintenance i seen to gain weight is there any reason why appreciate all your help

How long have you been on maintenance? It's normal to gain a few pounds at first. It's your glycogen levels topping up again. This is normal and will stop. Once you plateau, that's your true maintenance weight. You won't notice the glycogen weight in your appearance; it's just the number on the scale that rises a bit.0
