New to maintenance got any advice for the first timer thank you in advance

    Congratulations! Best thing to do is just keep on doing what you've been doing all along, but start adding some calories back on. I added 100 on at a time (increasing every 5 days or so) until I found where the scale started holding steady.

    On the other thread you opened you said you were on a plateau ( which is in general maintaining)

    do you try to lose or maintain?
