Logging meals with no barcode
I buy real mast meals that mostly have bar codes they give macro breakdowns. Some of the meals give macros but have no barcode. I tried to add meal abs I can see calories and protein etc but can’t enter any details. Is there only on paid subscription

Is the calorie deficit correct
Hi I’ve used MFP in the p are but not consistently. I want to drop from 230 to around 210 by end of June. I exercise 5 times a week and walking on average about 10000 a day. The calorie deficit is set at 1800 a day. Is this too aggressive?

I have a macro breakdown from Iifym and it's 2554 cal ere are the macros our IIFYM calculator generated for you: Protein Grams: 188 Fat Grams: 85 Carbs Grams: 259 Fiber Grams: 34-45 When added up, your macros yield a total of 2554 calories. How do you enter fiber on my fitness pal and wjstcsort of food counts as fiber??

Hi .I ran my numbers through IIFYM it came back with 2114 Cals. Protein Grams: 189 Fat Grams: 83 Carbs Grams: 154 Fiber Grams: 33-44 When all of these macros are added up, you get a total of 2114 calories. Myfitness pal doesn't use fibre do I just add to carbs??

Hi I have dabbled with MFP but not consistently. I find it very easy when it's packaged meals but with homemade meals etc I find it difficult to log as I don't weigh the food. Do I need to invest a scale to make it effective??
