Hi I exercise most days. I’ve been upping it lately. Kettlebells and a run in the morning and then a walk in the evening. Based off my Garmin it’s about 900 calories
Should I add and eat back these calories

And if you sync MFP to your Garmin account - that will be taken care of automatically.
Merely eat to your new eating goal.
Caveat - Garmin appears to have moved the landing page when you start the setup on MFP.
Go to Calories In/Out and look for option to Connect to MFP after you attempt the MFP setup.1
